About the role

  • Client Engagement Manager responsible for client relationships in the FinTech space. Partnering with clients to achieve their objectives and maximize product value while providing insights.

Responsibilities

  • The Client Engagement Team is responsible for proactively fostering meaningful relationships with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging the company's products, ensuring they achieve their objectives and derive maximum value from the services provided.
  • Responsibilities include: Partnering with clients to understand their needs, objectives, product usage, and overall internal workflows.
  • Provide constructive and actionable client feedback to Product Management or other departments regarding product requirements, enhancement requests, and ideas.
  • Providing transparency to internal stakeholders regarding issues, risks, and opportunities.
  • Increasing product adoption and usage among clients.
  • Collaborating with sales to schedule client meetings and demos.
  • Checking in with clients regularly and offering support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • 5+ years experience in account management, client success, or other client-facing roles.
  • Private markets/fintech industry and valuations knowledge and interest.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and the motivation to learn new applications (experience with Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Pendo is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an outstanding customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • The ability to work well both independently and within a team.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced environment, handle high-pressure situations, and manage deadlines appropriately.
