Responsibilities
Telefonische Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden
Bearbeitung von Projektausschreibungen (Leistungsverzeichnis)
Erstellung von Angeboten, Preiskalkulationen und Nachverfolgung offener Angebote
Koordination und Bearbeitung von Lieferantenanfragen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf und Außendienst
Annahme und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen
Projektnachverfolgung und Nachverhandlung bei vergebenen Aufträgen
Aktive Vermarktung unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen
Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
Requirements
Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Berufsausbildung mit kaufmännischen Kenntnissen oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit elektrotechnischen Kenntnissen
Fachwissen über elektrotechnische Produkte, idealerweise in den Bereichen Netzwerktechnik, Installationsmaterial oder Gebäudetechnik
Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, vorzugsweise im technischen Umfeld
Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
