- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our AdSpend Management System (MBS) and our Self-Service Portal. This role requires understanding of technical architecture, user experience, and business needs to deliver robust, scalable, and intuitive solutions that empower our internal users and enhance operational efficiency. You will be instrumental in defining the future of our internal platforms, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of a fast-paced global organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products, preferably in the enterprise application or internal tools space.
- Experience with mission-critical business systems and/or self-service portal development is highly desirable.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technologies.
- Familiarity with API design, data modeling, and system integrations.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security concepts.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and data schemas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
