Responsibilities
Own and grow X’s SMB (Small & Medium Business) revenue in **Korea**, our key local market.
Build and expand relationships with **SMB clients and media agencies**
Drive new business development while scaling existing strategic accounts
Lead commercial conversations including **agency trading agreements and negotiations**
Act as a trusted advisor on digital strategy, media planning, and performance solutions
Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Partner cross-functionally with Client Solutions Managers to ensure flawless campaign execution
Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Represent X at key industry events and within the Korean advertising ecosystem
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
**5-8 years** of digital ad sales, business development, or account management experience
Strong experience managing **both direct clients and media agencies**
Proven involvement in or exposure to **agency trading agreements**
Deep understanding of the **Korean digital advertising ecosystem**
Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Experience with online advertising, analytics, and performance marketing
**Fluency in Korean and English**
