About the role

  • Partner Director focusing on shaping partnerships and driving regional commercial execution for a leading digital advertising company. Collaborating across teams to enhance performance in Budapest, Hungary.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with the partner’s regional team, aligning on priorities, performance, and roadmap execution.
  • Drive regional performance against partnership targets, including revenue, product adoption, incentives, and program compliance.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews (QBRs/ABRs), surfacing insights, risks, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and legal to execute partner strategy consistently across markets.
  • Support regional go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and cross-functional alignment with the Regional Managing Director.
  • Identify and pursue regional growth opportunities—co-investment, pilots, expansion initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, campaign tracking, and claims for incentive programs.
  • Enable teams through training, localized partner messaging, and scalable workflows.
  • Uphold governance and compliance with all partner program rules, branding, and operational standards.
  • Influence regional quotas tied to partner performance and ensure strong pipeline and forecast accuracy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or regional commercial leadership.
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and cross-functional operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority, drive alignment, and collaborate across multiple countries and functions.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with comfort navigating performance metrics and incentives.
  • High adaptability and cultural awareness, with the ability to travel across Europe.
  • Operational rigor and attention to detail in managing governance, compliance, and reporting.
