About the role

  • Client Solutions Manager supporting digital advertising efforts, building relationships, and managing campaigns for clients in Belgrade. Driving measurable business results and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with existing business clients
  • Assist in onboarding new strategic clients and guide them through campaign setup and activation
  • Own campaign performance across Microsoft advertising
  • Conduct account audits, analyze performance data, and deliver actionable optimization recommendations
  • Provide strategic guidance based on analytics, market trends, and business objectives
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and upscaling campaigns
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in search and performance advertising
  • Deliver regular performance reporting and proactive insights
  • Resolve client issues efficiently and implement solutions that prevent recurrence
  • Contribute to scalable account management processes and operational excellence
  • Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and performance teams
  • Maintain continuous product and industry knowledge

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in Digital Advertising / Client Success or Performance Marketing
  • Preferable Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads or Microsoft campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations
  • Familiarity with tracking and attribution
  • Experience conducting campaign audits and driving optimization strategies
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and support revenue expansion
  • Experience working in or with advertising agencies is highly preferred
  • Exposure to B2B marketing strategies is a strong advantage
  • Solid knowledge of online advertising, analytics, and digital performance metrics
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cross-functional projects
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset.
