About the role

  • Part-Time Director providing strategic oversight and governance for brokerage company. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and supporting business growth through strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the brokerage business
  • Ensure the company complies with Seychelles financial and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in board meetings and key management decisions
  • Oversee company performance, risk management, and corporate governance
  • Support the development of business strategies and partnerships
  • Review financial reports and operational performance
  • Advise management on regulatory and market developments

Requirements

  • Experience in the Financial Services/ Brokerage/ Banking or Investment sector is a must
  • University Degree in Business/ Finance/ Law or a relevant degree
  • Previous experience as a Director/ Senior Manager/ Advisor or a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of corporate governance and financial regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
