About the role

  • Manager of Investigations managing investigations of reportable incidents in Alberta. Leading a team to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation and liaising with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals responsible for the investigation of reportable incidents
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in the investigations process
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on complex investigations

Requirements

  • University degree in a related field
  • Four years of recent experience, preferably within a regulatory compliance organization
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience mentoring and coaching individuals
