About the role

  • Brand Marketer responsible for enhancing Alan's brand presence in Belgium. Leading strategies to drive traffic growth and executing local brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale Alan's brand presence in Belgium.
  • Drive branded organic traffic growth.
  • Own the strategy and execution for making Alan a top-of-mind brand in Belgium.
  • Bring global brand campaigns to life in Belgium.
  • Create high-impact local brand initiatives.
  • Lead press campaigns and coordinate media opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with global Brand crew for strategic alignment while having full ownership of the Belgian roadmap, execution, and budget.
  • Work cross-functionally with local sales, growth, and product teams to ensure brand initiatives support business objectives for Belgium.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in brand marketing, communications, or related roles
  • Full English fluency (written and spoken)
  • Native-level Dutch (bilingual Dutch/French is a strong plus)
  • Scrappy and resourceful: Proven track record creating and executing successful brand campaigns with limited budgets and resources
  • Creative problem-solver: Ability to achieve big impact through frugal, innovative approaches rather than heavy spending
  • Data-driven: Strong analytical skills with ability to measure campaign impact and ROI
  • Budget-conscious: Experience efficiently managing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI through creative, scrappy solutions
  • Experience with press relations and media coordination in a B2B market.
  • Excellent storytelling and content creation skills across channels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you're a self-starter who thrives building in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: You navigate independently, taking initiative to build programs from scratch with minimal guidance.
  • Strong ownership mentality with focus on delivering results
  • Collaborative spirit with ability to influence across teams and geographies
