About the role

  • Drive demand at Intent HQ by creating content and events that enhance customer relationships. Focus on building trust and credibility throughout the customer journey while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive demand at Intent HQ by creating content and events that build trust, deepen relationships, and accelerate sales across the full customer journey.
  • You are accountable for using content and experiences to create, nurture, and deepen relationships across the full sales funnel: top, middle, and bottom.
  • You will own the execution of our content and events programmes with a clear remit: building trust, credibility, and long-term engagement with prospects, partners, and customers.
  • Working closely with Sales, Product, and subject matter experts, you’ll translate complex ideas into narratives and moments that support buying journeys, sales conversations, and deal progression.
  • You’ll also deliver Intent HQ’s events programme—using events not just as moments of attention, but as relationship accelerators throughout the funnel.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in content, brand, or storytelling roles within a startup or high-velocity tech environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple channels.
  • Strong instincts for content distribution and social performance—you understand what works, what doesn’t, and why.
  • Experience translating technical or product-led topics into simple, credible messaging.
  • Creative tendencies, with a working knowledge of digital design tools and workflows (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar), and an eye for good visual communication.
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfort working in a lean team where priorities move quickly.
  • Type-A tendencies: detail-oriented, delivery-focused, and proud of high-quality output.
  • A motivated self-starter mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Based within commuting distance of central London and able to work from the office three days per week.
