Account Executive managing the full sales cycle in the Transport sector at Alan. Engaging with HR executives to CEOs from 35K+ companies across France with innovative healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities
You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
In our Transport Sales team, the average sales cycle is 6 months, dealing with companies ranging from 30 to 300 employees, with an average ARR of €150K.
Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects.
You’ll educate prospects, deliver compelling product demos, and onboard key stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company by challenging our product(s), processes, and strategy, and participating in initiatives to expand our customer base.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Prospecting is a key part of the role.
Full professional proficiency in French (C2 or equivalent) and advanced proficiency in English.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
Empathetic and passionate about understanding and solving prospects’ problems.
Able to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
Strong understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively in a small team.
Eager to learn quickly and make an impact from day one.
Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, or Marseille.
