Influencer Exec executing TikTok Shop marketing initiatives for UK and DE markets. Collaborating with creators and stakeholders in a start-up environment driving brand awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities
In this pivotal role for the development of our EU business, as Influencer Exec you will execute influencer marketing initiatives to increase awareness, engagement, brand and commercial value through collaborations with influencers/ambassadors across the DE / UK / EU markets.
You will report directly to the Influencer Manager and is a key operational member of the Marketing Team.
The role is focused on the day-to-day execution and management of AKT’s TikTok Shop influencer programs in the UK and DE, with a view to future market expansion.
You will work closely with:
- External Stakeholders: TikTok content creators, affiliates, and talent agencies.
- Internal Stakeholders: The Influencer Manager (for strategy and reporting), the E-commerce team (to align on offers and product focus), the Founders (for live content), and the wider Brand Marketing team.
This role operates within a fast-paced, start-up environment, requiring a hands-on approach. The role is based in the UK under an agile working policy, with monthly team days in the London office. Occasional travel for events may be required.
Requirements
Proven experience in an influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing role, with a focus on execution.
Hands-on experience with key social media platforms, particularly TikTok and a strong understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for managing creator communications effectively.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach, ensuring smooth execution of live events and creator campaigns from end to end.
Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to pull data for performance reports.
