About the role

  • Develop the Delivery Plan for the coming months, respecting inventory and warehouse storage definitions.
  • Maintain interfaces by ensuring clear and effective communication with Receiving, Production Planning (PCP), Purchasing, Weighbridge, and our Suppliers.
  • Participate in daily meetings related to activities involving deliveries, inventory, and general information.
  • Create and keep controls and strategies up to date to ensure stability in receipts and production.
  • Keep system data for items under your responsibility updated: Lead Time, Quotation, Minimum Lot, etc.
  • Prepare and maintain KPIs, reports, presentations, and controls under your responsibility.
  • Identify and implement inventory improvement opportunities in a stable manner without impacting other company processes, developing optimization strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Basic level of English.
  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in Materials Planning, Production Planning, or Purchasing of raw materials/packaging.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (considered a plus).
  • Knowledge of Planning and Materials Control routines integrated into the S&OP cycle.
  • Experience in inventory and warehouse management.
