About the role
- Senior Accounting Analyst at C&A focusing on financial consolidations and reporting. Engaging with various teams to enhance accounting processes and reporting accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Consolidation of financial statements (balance sheets);
- Prepare monthly presentations of financial results, management reports and financial ratios for senior management;
- Responsible for detailing monthly variances in the balance sheet and income statement (P&L);
- Preparation of monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement);
- Prepare and review Notes to the Financial Statements and financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement and Statement of Value Added) and other information required for ITR/DFP disclosure;
- Preparation, control and organization of supporting documentation for the notes to the financial statements;
- Experience publishing financial statements on CVM/ENET;
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (CPC/IFRS);
- Support for external and internal audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
- Experience in Accounting/Reporting areas;
- Provide technical accounting advisory to internal teams;
- Strong critical mindset regarding financial figures;
- Autonomous in task execution, deadline management, focused on process improvements and maintaining relationships with other departments—especially business partners;
- Intermediate English;
- Experience with SAP;
- Advanced Excel;
