Responsibilities
- Create capacity, availability, and performance alerts;
- Create custom Low-Level Monitoring (LLM) items using JavaScript;
- Create and maintain Templates;
- Perform troubleshooting and configuration adjustments;

- Ensure monitoring is functional and reliable;
- Install and update monitoring tools;

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems;
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking;
- Knowledge of SNMPv1, SNMPv2, SNMPv3 and SNMP Traps;
- Intermediate knowledge of network services on Windows and Linux operating systems (DNS, web servers, FTP, etc.);
- Basic knowledge of information security concepts;
- Basic knowledge of information security technologies (firewalls, endpoint protection, web filtering);
- Intermediate knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, JavaScript, and Python;
- Intermediate knowledge of Elasticsearch;
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL;
- Technical English for reading and writing;
- Solid experience in monitoring using Orion, Zabbix, and Grafana in Windows and Linux environments.
