Responsibilities
Directly participate in the development of new products for the Food Service market by leading projects together with other areas such as R&D, QA, Packaging Marketing, Nutrition Marketing, etc.
Prepare and analyze P&L to help confirm project viability; develop and manage project schedules and lead the teams involved.
Develop action plans considering price, distribution, competition, internal and external environment, timelines, etc.
Analyze sales results by tabulating information to detect issues and propose corrective actions.
Deliver product launch presentations to the Customer Service (SAC) team to share knowledge and strengthen responses to consumer complaints and inquiries.
Interface with advertising agencies, prepare briefings covering product, price, target audience, etc.
Update, monitor and control all departmental expenses/payments to provide information for budget forecasting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Engineering or a related field.
Experience in Marketing, preferably with involvement in product development projects.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Intermediate English.
Knowledge of P&L.
Desirable but not mandatory: analytical reasoning, interpersonal skills, persuasive ability, communication, project management, Microsoft Project.
