About the role

  • Internal Communication Manager handling Command Center communications for Digital & IT at Air Liquide. Collaborating across global teams and managing operational reports and communication matrices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all internal communications related to the Command Center and its activities
  • Partner with the Command Center to consolidate daily and monthly operational health reports
  • Maintain and update global communication matrices
  • Audit existing notification templates and tools for critical events
  • Prepare OSRs for D&IT customers

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications, Information Systems, or Business Management
  • Prior experience or a completed relevant internship in a corporate environment
  • High proficiency with digital communication tools
  • Strong technical writing and copyediting skills
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or basic experience with incident management frameworks (ITIL) is a plus
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
  • Able to clearly communicate complex technical concepts
  • Full professional proficiency in English
