About the role

  • Partnerships Development Intern supporting partner initiatives for a unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform. Join the Business Partnering team at Aircall's Paris office.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage new potential partners across Italy (distributors, consultants, system integrators, etc.).
  • Help partners grow their expertise around Aircall’s product and value proposition.
  • Strengthen commercial relationships through recurring check-ins, pipeline reviews, and collaborative business planning.
  • Educate partners around AI-related features, use cases, and product innovation.
  • Map relevant technology players, industry verticals, and local business communities.
  • Participate in the creation of joint marketing actions: webinars, events, content, campaigns, customer stories.

Requirements

  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
  • Adaptable and engaged, self-motivated, thrives in a dynamic setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in partnerships, sales, or business development.
  • Top–tier business school or university program, currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM tools.
