Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Ownership: Own the entire sales funnel. You will hunt, prospect, qualify, and close your own deals.
Market Expansion: Drive the launch across EMEA. As one of our first hires, you will specifically focus on the French market but also contribute to growing the rest of Europe.
Co-create the Playbook: Work directly with Product and Leadership to refine our value proposition. You’ll be selling a product that is evolving in real-time.
Evangelize AI: Educate the market on our new AI product, moving beyond "features" to sell a vision of the future of work.
Requirements
The Builder Mindset: You have proven of experience in SaaS sales, ideally within a founding or early-stage environment (Series A or earlier). Selling to sales leaders is a plus.
Outbound DNA: You are a prospector at heart. You aren’t afraid to pick up the phone or craft a creative cold-outreach strategy.
Linguistic Excellence: Native in French and Full fluency in English.
Adaptability: You thrive in ambiguity. You prefer a "blank slate" to a rigid corporate process.
Tech stack: You know your way around key CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce) but you’re also comfortable leveraging the new wave of AI tools supporting sales reps
Closing Grit: A proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
