About the role

  • PSL Architect leading digital product solutions for aircraft completion at Airbus. Managing architectural vision and governance across cloud platforms and enterprise integration.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex business requirements into technical architectures and end-to-end solutions leveraging the core technology stack.
  • Act as the lead technical authority for the PSL, defining the architectural vision, standards, and roadmaps.
  • Design and oversee implementations across public (AWS) and private cloud (Openshift) platforms.
  • Ensure digital continuity between Customer Line activities and Manufacturing backbones (MES, S/4HANA) to prevent redundancy.
  • Champion DevOps principles and CI/CD toolchains to foster agility and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and enterprise architects to accelerate digital transformation goals.
  • Evaluate emerging technology trends and conduct proof-of-concepts to drive competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Architect managing both agile projects and long-term operational stability (Build & Run).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services and containerization/orchestration via Red Hat Openshift or Kubernetes.
  • Able to understand the functional requirements and specificities for Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Operations in an Aircraft industry
  • In-depth knowledge of modern programming (Java, .NET), DevOps methodologies, and API management (MuleSoft).
  • Demonstrable experience with SAP architecture within a manufacturing context.
  • Exceptional ability to articulate technical details to business stakeholders and guide technical teams.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
