- You strategically develop our creator and client portfolio and contribute to the company’s progress with your expertise, drive, and existing network
Requirements
- You hold a degree in Media Management, Media/Communications Studies, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in artist management and are a specialist in supporting creators
- Your network speaks for itself — as an expert you maintain relationships and bring strong connections with industry partners
- You live and breathe social media and have a keen sense for current trends and platform mechanics
- You are professional, empathetic, open, and structured communication is one of your strengths
- You are fluent in German and English and confident in negotiations
- You work independently, are organized, and highly reliable
- You enjoy driving topics within a team and work proactively and solution-oriented
