About the role

  • Campaign Manager orchestrating marketing activities for air up. Engage in digital marketing, collaborate with sales, and optimize campaigns for success in B2C environments.

Responsibilities

  • coordinate marketing activities end-to-end, including digital marketing, OOH campaigns, CRM, POS promotions, and in-store activations
  • manage the planning and implementation of marketing activities based on market and consumer insights, in close collaboration with the Sales Team and Marketing Lead
  • ensure the coordination, quality, and on-time delivery of creative assets and campaigns
  • work cross-functionally within the Sales & Marketing department and collaborate with channel and sales teams to successfully launch and scale campaigns
  • gather learnings and share performance data with relevant stakeholders to improve future assets and marketing activations
  • work closely with Meta and TikTok ad teams to ensure brand consistency and to build a global asset library based on best practices and insights
  • optimize campaign structures and strategic ad-testing processes together with the Digital Marketing team to meet KPIs in a competitive advertising environment

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of work experience in campaign management within a B2C, e-commerce, start-up, or marketing environment
  • experience in (trade) marketing within an FMCG environment
  • ideally overseen paid campaigns and creative for digital marketing (Meta & TikTok) as well as trade marketing activations
  • excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with various stakeholders
  • experience using project management tools (Asana, Slack, Trello, or similar)
  • fluent in English
  • go-getter mentality and a can-do attitude towards your work
  • communicate clearly and assertively and are not afraid to challenge the status quo
