Responsibilities
Production and post-production of videos, Reels, Stories, challenges and interactive formats for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Pinterest
Use of AI tools to develop innovative assets
Planning, caption writing, community management and implementation of awareness ads
Monitoring social media trends, competitors and industry topics
Developing new content formats
Support for national and international campaigns
Creating briefings and guidelines; coordinating with partners and creators
Involvement in concepts, moodboards and shoots
Support with organization, shipping and PR inventory management
Requirements
Degree or training in marketing, communications, media or an equivalent qualification
Initial professional experience in social media management with a focus on content creation
Confident user of creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager)
Interest in modern AI tools and creative-automation technologies (e.g. Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio, ChatGPT)
Strong sense for visual storytelling and persuasive copy
Experience with influencer and content-creator collaborations is a plus
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Team player with strong communication skills
Fluent German and very good English skills
