Requirements
University degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Media Management, Journalism, or a related field
Extensive experience in social media, ideally in both strategic and operational social media marketing; agency experience is a plus
Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms, including TikTok and Reddit
Solid experience with social media tools and key social media metrics and their interpretation
Extensive experience managing always-on social media communication for large enterprises
Strong sense for audience- and channel-appropriate social media communication
Interest in energy and energy products and willingness to independently develop expertise in these areas
Strong project management skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
Confident communication in German (C1) and English (at least B2)
