About the role

  • Senior Claims Operations Lead managing Warranty claims for AIG. Supporting the claims team with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence concerning insurance claims
  • Interface with stakeholders concerning claims matters
  • Evaluate requests to determine claim approval or denial
  • Adjudicate and settle claims according to fair practices
  • Train and mentor other claims agents
  • Audit claims files to ensure best practices

Requirements

  • Home state Adjuster’s license
  • 2+ years of P&C adjusting experience
  • Outstanding customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Analytical skills
  • Basic Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
