Manage the end-to-end sales process for advertising and sponsorships and maintain sponsorship/catalog materials.
Coordinate with partner applicants, handle CRM updates, invoice follow-up, and provide support to the Communications department.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the sales process (prospecting, negotiation, requesting invoices, conducting meetings and calls, etc.) for partner companies
Responsible for preparing the sponsorship and advertising catalog
Curate the catalog of incentive projects submitted by partner applicants
Liaison for receiving artwork and performing evaluations
Responsible for following up on outstanding invoices
Maintain records/file of completed sales
Sending physical publications to advertisers and/or sponsors
CRM system updates
Support for the Communications department's activities
Requirements
Degree in Communication (Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields)
Experience in sales
Advanced English; German is a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
