About the role
- Associate Project Manager managing customer engagements from Sales transition to Services delivery. Overseeing project quality and client satisfaction metrics for care.ai solutions.
Responsibilities
- As our Associate PM, you will manage customer engagements from initial transition from Sales through final delivery and transition to the Services team.
- You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions across all care.ai product lines that meet and exceed business and customer satisfaction metrics and satisfy budget and schedule requirements.
- Schedule, facilitate, and lead the transition process from the Sales team to the Services team.
- Lead the assigned delivery teams to ensure the project meets the scope, schedule, scope, schedule and value.
- Plan, schedule, and track project milestones, critical paths, deliverables, and accurate revenue forecasting using industry standard tools.
- Ensure delivery process aligns with standards established through the care.ai Solutions Deployment Methodology.
- Facilitate project communications, including lead regular project status meetings with all partners, documenting meeting minutes, and managing all ongoing action items.
- Ensure that all project deliverables and documentation are archived appropriately and in a timely manner, as well as satisfy established project review and audit processes.
- Conduct project close-out activities, including transitioning processes back to Sales and Support; Elicit, compile, and share post-delivery lessons and feedback.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is needed for this position.
- 2+ years' experience as a project manager is needed to be a qualified applicant.
- Healthcare Project Management experience strongly preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
