Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of network equipment and systems.
- Identify and resolve complex network issues, minimizing downtime.
- Prepare technical reports and operational procedure documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement improvements and new network solutions.
- Interface with other teams, working closely with engineering, planning and vendors for technological evolution and risk mitigation.
- Plan and execute maintenance windows on IP and FTTx equipment.
- Investigate alarms and critical incidents, perform real-time troubleshooting and apply corrective measures.
- Create or enhance scripts (Python/Ansible or shell) to reduce manual work and accelerate processes.
- Write and review operational procedures and post-change reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Network Operation & Maintenance (O&M).
- Ability to analyze and resolve FTTH network issues.
- CCNA certification or equivalent (preferred).
- Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Networks or related fields.
- Proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and team player.
- Fluency in English (advantage).
- Experience in managing IP Network Projects.
