About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan and control field technicians' schedules, ensuring adequate coverage according to demand and SLA.
- Analyze volumes of service orders (installation, repair, maintenance) and forecast operational capacity needs.
- Balance technicians by region, taking into account demand geolocation, expected productivity and travel time.
- Create, adjust and optimize work areas (route planning and operational clusters).
- Monitor and act in real time (intra-day) to redistribute resources.
- Identify imbalances between supply (technicians) and demand (service orders) and propose corrective actions.
- Support the definition of schedules, days off, shifts and working hours.
- Build analyses and operational performance reports (capacity vs. demand, backlog, occupancy).
- Work collaboratively with Planning (PCP / S&OP), Field Operations and Operational Control.
