Responsibilities
Atender clientes internacionais em inglês via e-mail, reuniões virtuais, telefone e relatórios.
Garantir visibilidade e comunicação clara sobre incidentes, provisão e performance operacional.
Gerenciar solicitações E2E (end-to-end) desde abertura até fechamento.
Monitorar indicadores operacionais e de qualidade (SLA, MTTR, backlog, reincidência etc.).
Participar de reuniões técnicas e executivas com clientes multinacionais.
Requirements
Inglês fluente (leitura, escrita e conversação)
Experiência prévia com atendimento B2B
Desejável experiência em: Telecom, TI, Cloud, Datacenter, Infraestrutura, Gestão de incidentes, Customer Success ou Service Desk corporativo
Familiaridade com ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy etc.)
Comunicação multicultural, Gestão de conflitos, Organização e priorização, Visão de cliente, Capacidade analítica, Resiliência, Senso de dono
Formação Superior em Administração, Relações Internacionais, Engenharia, TI, Telecom ou áreas correlatas.
