About the role

  • IT Operations Engineer responsible for system stability and performance at Gojob, managing IT infrastructure and providing internal support.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the stability, security and performance of the information system within a high-growth organization.
  • Administer, monitor and maintain servers (Windows/Linux), networks and storage systems.
  • Manage cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their integration with on-premises infrastructure.
  • Implement security policies (firewalls, antivirus, backups, updates).
  • Automate repetitive administrative tasks using tools (scripts, no-code, AI agents, ...).
  • Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to internal users, both remotely and on-site.
  • Handle incidents and requests related to workstations, access, collaboration tools, IT equipment, local network and telephony.
  • Support employees during onboarding, internal moves and offboarding.
  • Raise awareness and train users on IT best practices, cybersecurity and effective use of internal tools.
  • Manage the IT inventory (computers, peripherals, licenses).
  • Manage corporate telephony (mobile and fixed).
  • Deploy and maintain collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email systems).
  • Lead IT evolution projects (migration, virtualization, automation, certifications).
  • Write and maintain technical documentation.
  • Maintain active monitoring of cybersecurity and infrastructure optimization solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree to Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in IT, networks, systems, cybersecurity or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in systems and network administration, ideally in startups/SMEs and multi-site environments.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Cisco.
  • Proven experience managing hardware inventory and telephony, with an interest in financial optimization.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and ITIL best practices.
  • Analytical mindset, rigor and a service-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to teach/train internal users.
