Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze regulations, resolutions and regulatory updates from Anvisa and other applicable regulatory bodies;
Ensure compliance with the LGPD and other privacy and data protection regulations in the healthcare sector;
Draft and review contracts, legal opinions, terms of use and regulatory documents;
Resolve contractual conflicts and disagreements extrajudicially, seeking agreements and solutions that avoid litigation;
Advise internal teams on regulatory matters, mitigating risks and ensuring alignment with legal requirements;
Support interactions with regulators (responses to official communications, filings, registration updates and periodic obligations);
Assist in continuous compliance monitoring, KPIs and action plans;
Support regulatory audits and inspections;
Assist with trainings and internal communications;
Help prepare monitoring reports and regulatory performance metrics;
Automate routines and support the implementation of controls in internal systems;
Proactively identify and assess legal and operational risks inherent to contractual clauses.
Requirements
Law degree with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
Previous experience with regulation of medical services and health products;
Advanced knowledge of Anvisa regulations, software licensing and data privacy (LGPD);
Experience liaising with regulatory authorities and participating in strategic meetings;
Intermediate English.
