- Define and lead the quality strategy for major projects and corporate operations
- Establish, maintain and improve quality management systems (ISO, internal processes, audits)
- Ensure regulatory, contractual and standards compliance across all projects
- Oversee internal and external audits, including corrective action plans
- Act as the quality expert/advisor to senior management, project teams and external stakeholders
- Foster a strong quality culture focused on prevention, performance and continuous improvement
- Lead and mobilize multidisciplinary quality teams
- Analyze quality performance indicators and recommend strategic actions
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of relevant quality management experience in complex environments (construction, infrastructure, engineering, major projects)
- University degree in engineering (required)
- Experience implementing and managing quality systems (ISO 9001 and other applicable standards)
- Strong experience on large-scale projects and in multi-stakeholder environments
- Excellent strategic, analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written)
