Responsibilities
Drive team success by advancing product usage reporting and providing sales and services teams with actionable insights
Develop and present arguments that clearly articulate strategy, financial impact, and return on investment to executive partners
Collect, standardize, and analyze empirical data (e.g., sales, usage) across Adobe’s product portfolio
Lead strategic discussions with customers, sales, and customer success units to ensure accurate data availability and customer value realization
Build customer-facing reports and datasets to support account teams
Maintain and coordinate backend datasets, ensuring alignment between contract lifecycles and reporting systems
Build and conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research
Requirements
5–7 years of relevant professional experience
Strong analytical approach with high initiative and a strategic, quantitative outlook
Experience leading medium to large-scale initiatives
Proficiency in SQL and data management
Ability to simplify complex problems, quickly identify core issues, and frame effective solutions
Strong attention to detail, balanced with comfort navigating ambiguity
Excellent executive communication, presentation, and upward-influencing skills
High emotional intelligence and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Flexibility to prioritize tasks in response to changing requirements
Proven ability to drive alignment and progress in a large, matrixed organization
Background in data analysis, central initiatives, and project management
MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in business.
