About the role
- Principal Product Manager responsible for client solutioning process from legacy to new performance solutions at FactSet. Ensuring alignment with clients and cross-functional teams throughout the implementation phases.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for discovery, strategy, success metrics, planning, launch, and optimization of the client solutioning process
- Serve as the Performance Subject Matter Expert in client engagements during the solution creation phase of the sales & onboarding lifecycle
- Partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Managed Services to understand client requirements
- Produce comprehensive solution design documents to guide Professional Services team in crafting Statements of Work (SOW) for implementation
- Maintain continuous communication with clients throughout the solutioning and implementation phases
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Performance Subject Matter Expert
- Preferably hands-on experience in transitioning clients from legacy solutions such as SS&C Sylvan, SS&C Anova, Eagle Performance, Confluence StatPro, and FactSet B-One to new performance solutions
- Strong background in leading client workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design
- Proven ability to create detailed and actionable solution design documents and implementation plans
- Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively across multiple internal teams and manage complex projects
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, finance, economics, or other relevant field, or equivalent experience
- 12+ years relevant experience
