Co author the Sales Transformation and PMO framework
Shape the operating model for the Sales Transformation Office
Define and implement consistent practices across program delivery
Lead Adobe’s highest priority sales transformation initiatives
Drive end-to-end program strategy
Ensure transparency through crisp storytelling, insights-based reporting
Requirements
12–15+ years of program management, transformation leadership, or PMO experience
Expertise in enterprise transformation, including operating model redesigns
Demonstrated ability to architect frameworks, governance models, and program delivery standards
Deep understanding of sales motions, go - to - market processes, and supporting technologies (CRM, analytics, enablement platforms)
Mastery of both traditional PMO discipline and modern, adaptive, outcomes driven driven approaches (agile, lean, iterative execution)
