Responsibilities

  • Co author the Sales Transformation and PMO framework
  • Shape the operating model for the Sales Transformation Office
  • Define and implement consistent practices across program delivery
  • Lead Adobe’s highest priority sales transformation initiatives
  • Drive end-to-end program strategy
  • Ensure transparency through crisp storytelling, insights-based reporting

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of program management, transformation leadership, or PMO experience
  • Expertise in enterprise transformation, including operating model redesigns
  • Demonstrated ability to architect frameworks, governance models, and program delivery standards
  • Deep understanding of sales motions, go - to - market processes, and supporting technologies (CRM, analytics, enablement platforms)
  • Mastery of both traditional PMO discipline and modern, adaptive, outcomes driven driven approaches (agile, lean, iterative execution)
