About the role

  • Technical Support role in field operations specializing in blade repair. Providing technical inputs, assessing blade damage, and mentoring service teams in a global firm.

Responsibilities

  • Provide precise technical inputs to the Planning team
  • Assess and prioritize blade damage repairs
  • Deliver first-line expert technical support to Service teams
  • Collaborate closely with global technical counterparts
  • Validate and configure blade work instructions
  • Identify appropriate spare parts and technical documentation
  • Perform on-site guidance, mentoring, and quality control
  • Document all repair actions thoroughly
  • Participate in client-facing discussions to resolve technical issues
  • Provide technical assessments and arguments to the Sales team
  • Proactively capture field learnings and recurring failure modes

Requirements

  • Technical education such as Electrical or Mechanical
  • An engineering background would be beneficial
  • Strong background in blade repair techniques and best practices
  • Extensive expertise in blade repair
  • Advanced PC skills - SAP, Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of composites
  • Good communication skills in English, both oral and in writing
