About the role

  • Demand Director managing advertiser growth strategy for adjoe in GCR regions including China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Leading strategic partnerships and P&L responsibilities for the market.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary executive contact for adjoe’s most strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy tailored to the GCR ecosystem.
  • Full accountability for the GCR demand business P&L.
  • Act as the "Voice of GCR" for the Product team.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to elevate adjoe’s brand.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in AdTech/Mobile UA, with a deep understanding of the GCR export market.
  • 4+ years of experience in people management and managing complex P&L structures.
  • Proven track record of building trust and closing deals with C-suite stakeholders at major mobile publishers.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
  • Ability to translate market trends into actionable product requirements and business growth.
