About the role

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher partners, driving mutual revenue growth and long-term success.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with partners through consistent communication across Slack, email, and video calls.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPI, CPM, CTR, ARPDAU, etc.) to identify optimization opportunities and maximize results.
  • Develop and present performance reports, insights, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Business teams to address partner needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Identify upselling and optimization opportunities to increase partner engagement and revenue potential.
  • Translate partner feedback and market insights into actionable recommendations that help shape product improvements and strategy.
  • Take ownership of portfolio performance, proactively driving initiatives to exceed growth and retention targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing.
  • Solid understanding of key industry metrics such as CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, CTR, and know how to leverage them to drive performance.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and present to partners in regular QBR meetings.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Slides, and able to analyze data and present results effectively.
  • Highly results-driven, motivated by achieving measurable outcomes and maximizing revenue.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift and agility is key.
  • Takes full ownership of work, proactively identifying opportunities and following through with impact.
