About the role

  • Manager eCommerce coordinating Douyin operations and managing store performance in China. Supporting brand awareness initiatives and strategic eCommerce growth through digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support store senior manager for overall store management
  • Accountable for all commercial and operational KPIs for respective stores
  • Work externally with partners and internal stakeholders to deliver results
  • Support daily store operations including products, live-stream
  • Closely work with buying team, operation team, and customer service team
  • Drive & own the communication with all internal stakeholders
  • Plan and launch the adi-talk, event live streaming
  • Manage external agencies & technology partners to meet targets
  • Quick learn and deep dive on douyin platform mechanism

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree required
  • Solid years in consumer industry with at least 3 years in eCom business
  • Strong experience in working with platforms
  • Experience in planning and managing large budgets across channels while achieving high volume growth targets
  • Strong strategic thinking and daily running business skillset
  • Experience with attribution modelling is a plus
  • MNC background and sensitive in cross-culture environment
  • Strong (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English language skills
