Responsibilities
Provide high-level analytical thinking and ensure flawless operational execution.
Conduct benchmarks, monitoring and in-depth analyses (brands, categories, cultural trends).
Design and produce high-quality strategic materials (Brand Decks, executive summaries, manifestos).
Transform complex data into clear, well-structured and visually impactful presentations (Google Slides).
Contribute to defining brand platforms (positioning, promise, proofs, tone of voice).
Collaborate with Business Units (Leroy Merlin, Bricoman, etc.) on brand alignment and transformation topics.
Define objectives, structure timelines and coordinate internal teams.
Current student enrolled in a Master 2 program (e.g., CELSA, business school, Sciences Po, Strategic Design).
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
Strong message-structuring ability and impeccable writing skills (French/English).
Strong interest in brand strategy and the business and cultural challenges of large groups.
Bright, curious and autonomous personality.
Comfortable challenging the status quo and working in complex, international environments.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ease building connections with colleagues.
Professional proficiency in English required.
