About the role
- SAP PM Consultant responsible for addressing SAP system needs and user training in Brazil. Collaboration on implementation, maintenance, and problems resolution for SAP PM and Cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
- SAP Systems Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP modules, primarily SAP PM and SAP Cloud solutions (SAM, BTP).
- Requirements Analysis: Work directly with key business users to understand and document business requirements, ensuring SAP solutions meet the client’s needs.
- Development and Configuration: Configure and customize SAP modules according to business requirements. Develop improvements and perform functional and technical adjustments as needed.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to resolve complex issues and ensure the system operates continuously and efficiently. Perform diagnostics and implement solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve SAP systems, recommending and implementing innovative solutions that increase efficiency and productivity.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure all system operations and changes comply with the client’s information security and governance policies.
- Projects: Participate in SAP-related IT projects from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid experience with SAP PM and its integration with other modules.
- Desirable knowledge of SAP Fiori and BTP.
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, and teamwork.
