  • Proactively manage preparation, delivery, and follow up across all training activity

Requirements

  • Experienced insurance broker with hands‑on Acturis platform expertise
  • Track record of coaching or supporting new joiners
  • Natural qualities of a great trainer
  • Patient and clear in communication
  • Confident presenting to different audiences
  • Strong Microsoft skills
  • Curiosity to learn and adapt
  • Comfortable with weekly travel to client sites and Acturis offices
