Responsibilities
Ensure that all customer contracting, client financial tools, deduction reconciliation, order alerts, data support are completed by the Business Manager Assistant teams for multiple regions and customers, within the required Acosta and Client guidelines.
Collaborate across multiple functional teams to strengthen and modernize services and capabilities.
Demonstrate strong and effective time management, communication, problem-solving, and training skills in support of multiple reporting and geographical teams.
Work with sales teams and leaders to build a high performance and diverse support staff.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
2 years prior food brokerage experience either as a Business Process Solutions Supervisor or Manager is strongly preferred
2 years prior supervisory experience in business process solutions with a food manufacturer is required.
Strong communication skills internally and externally
Motivated self-starter and problem solver
Efficient and effective use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office
Must be able to represent the company in a professional manner
Detail oriented
Adhere to assigned deadlines
Ability to manage, mentor and train a highly efficient Business Manager Assistant team
