Responsibilities
Ensure quality by training and developing Retail Operations Managers on company process, policies, procedures and position responsibilities
Maximize geography contribution margin by having the right people, in the right place, following the process
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with management of various areas
Consistently communicate operational performance
Lead and develop the planning and implementation of retail training
Prepare and submit all required paperwork to management in a timely manner
Recruit, interview and hire for management positions
Inspect company equipment regularly for maintenance
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university
Two year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
PC and SalesTrak NG proficiency; working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
A valid drivers’ license is required
English is the primary language skill; bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity
