Requirements
- Completed training as a nurse (generalist) or an equivalent basic nursing qualification (e.g., geriatric nurse, health and nursing care nurse)
- Completed further training as a gerontopsychiatric specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Empathetic, communicative, reliable, a team player, respectful and appreciative, and committed to modern, professional care to achieve the highest possible well‑being for each of our residents
