Responsibilities
Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities
Respond proactively to customer inquiries and complaints to resolve issues quickly
Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities
Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
Analyze market and competitor data to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare sales reports and assist with forecasts and budgeting
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales promotion activities
Support the senior sales team with key accounts and complex projects
Participate in internal meetings and training to continuously develop skills
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
Initial professional experience in sales or account management, ideally in the IT or telecommunications industry
Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
High customer orientation and confident demeanor
Independent, proactive and goal-oriented working style
Team player with flexibility
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with CRM systems such as Salesforce
