Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive retail or community banking experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility.
- Familiarity with the downtown Frederick market.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to reach performance goals and deliver superior customer experiences.
- Skilled in identifying customer needs, promoting financial solutions, and fostering a culture of relationship-based selling.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and branch operations.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and core banking systems; embraces digital tools to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. of currency/coin as needed.
