Responsibilities
Define content strategies for social networks, both for always-on activities and for campaigns.
Ensure the brand's tone of voice is represented and respected across all digital channels.
Strategically connect the agency's different areas, ensuring alignment between planning, creative and account teams.
Structure publishing volume and the editorial calendar, ensuring consistency and operational efficiency.
Actively participate in meetings, presentations and client interactions.
Turn data and analytics into strategic recommendations for the brands served.
Support the preparation of monthly performance reports.
Ensure that posts are published correctly on platforms and that the response workflow is clear and aligned across all channels.
Requirements
Previous experience in Community Management and/or content strategy.
Strategic, analytical and creative mindset.
Heavy social media user, with an up-to-date repertoire of trends, movements and cultural references.
Strong writing skills, organization and the ability to manage editorial calendars and priorities.
