About the role

Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience (construction/electrical preferred)
- Experience recruiting for mission-critical projects is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ATS and recruitment tools
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a bonus
